met all expectations

We needed a replacement lighting unit for our shower in the home we just bought. Our contractor couldn't find one locally. I Googled the brand/model and found it here. Customer service and email notifications kept me up to date on the order, since it was back-ordered (and we weren't concerned about when it arrived--it wasn't urgent). The product was exactly what we needed. Easy to install. I'm very satisfied with the experience.
